If you wear glasses the eye relief (the distance you can have them away from your eyes) is 17.8mm - enough for thicker glasses - and you can roll down the eye cups.
They have a hinge to adjust for the distance between your eyes and also a right eye diopter that allows you to compensate for any differences in the strength between your left and right eye. Once you have adjusted for this you can use the the centre focus knob.
